Although it is rare for a product to fall outside approved condition or specification, certain situations may arise beyond control. To further strengthen trust, Cosmica Global allows return or replacement strictly under the conditions stated below.

All returned items or evidence undergo structured inspection. If the claim is verified, we will either arrange a replacement or approve a refund. If rejected, the product may be returned at the sender’s cost.
Warning: Any attempt to submit false claims, swapped items, altered products, or misleading evidence will permanently void return rights and may result in service refusal.
All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds are made after internal quality verification. Cosmica Global’s decision shall be final and binding.
