Return & Replacement Policy

At Cosmica Global, every product is delivered after structured quality checks. Although it is rare for a product to fall outside approved condition or specification, certain situations may arise beyond control. To further strengthen trust, Cosmica Global allows return or replacement strictly under the conditions stated below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 03 days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged after delivery.
  • All original tags, packaging, labels, and accessories are intact and untampered.
  • Any complimentary or promotional item received must also be returned.
  • The claim is supported with clear images/videos and order reference details.
  • The product passes formal inspection and verification by the Cosmica Global quality team.

Note: Replacement is subject to feasibility and availability. If replacement is not possible, refund eligibility will be determined. Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, and service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Valid Reasons (Accepted)

Requests are accepted only for the following verified reasons:

  • Product is damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Product is defective.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Product does not match the approved specification.
  • Confirmed manufacturing error (wrong design, incorrect print, material mismatch).
  • Size mismatch (only if the item differs from the invoice/order).

3. Invalid Reasons (Not Accepted)

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind, preference, or expectation.
  • Minor color or texture variations inherent to manufacturing.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Delays caused by logistics providers or customs.
  • Orders produced correctly according to approved samples.
  • Claims made after the allowed time window (3 days).

4. How to Submit a Request

All claims must be submitted within 03 days of delivery through our official channels. Your request must include the Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and high-resolution photos/videos.

* Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Inspection & Decision

All returned items or evidence undergo structured inspection. If the claim is verified, we will either arrange a replacement or approve a refund. If rejected, the product may be returned at the sender’s cost.

Warning: Any attempt to submit false claims, swapped items, altered products, or misleading evidence will permanently void return rights and may result in service refusal.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection approval.
  • Replacement takes priority where feasible.
  • Refunds exclude logistics, customs, sampling, and service fees unless contractually agreed.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days.

Final Authority

All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds are made after internal quality verification. Cosmica Global’s decision shall be final and binding.
